What You'll Do

1. Manage Message Ads (InMail), Lead Gen Forms, Website Retargeting & Matched Audiences, Sponsored Content, and other LinkedIn advertising tools.
2. Build a full-funnel strategy — from awareness to conversion.
3. Integrate LinkedIn campaigns into the overall media mix (Google Ads, Meta, content marketing).
4. Align paid campaigns with BDM outreach efforts to maximize qualified lead flow.
5. Analyze campaign performance, reduce CPL, and improve conversion rates.
6. Test hypotheses, creatives, and audiences to continuously optimize performance.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of experience promoting B2B brands via LinkedIn.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS / fintech funnels and lead nurturing.
• Proven track record with real case studies you can present and discuss.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights).
• Strategic mindset
• English level: B2 or higher. Russia and French as additional plus

Nice to have

• Experience integrating LinkedIn campaigns with CRM and lead tracking.
• Understanding of outbound sales processes and Sales Navigator.
• Experience building joint marketing strategies with sales teams.
