We're looking for an exceptional Digital Adoption Solutions Engineer to help take internal digital adoption projects to the next level. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll help bring our products to life by focusing on delivering high-quality technical implementations according to pre-defined business objectives and designing user experiences.
The Solutions Engineer will be an integral part of the DAP CoE and will be responsible for high-visibility internal projects, spanning all company departments and giving exposure to many different roles and functions within WalkMe and beyond. The WalkMe Center of Excellence (CoE) leads internal cross-departmental digital adoption, operational excellence projects and continuous improvements through digital transformation, software implementation and process design, from initiation to implementation, promoting continuous improvements in mindset and culture. Within this framework, the DAP function (Digital Adoption Platform) is specifically tasked with implementing our own software internally on SAP systems, to support Digital Transformation and Change Management in a way that helps drive our employees work more efficiently and effectively. What will you actually be doing?
- Collaborate globally on a daily basis with our internal Ops teams (Sales, Marketing, CSG, HR, Finance etc) to understand their business needs and provide WalkMe based solutions to their problems.
- Build DAP solutions addressing both Operational and strategic requirements as well as the talk track around KPIs and Value Realisation. You will take a business process and provide both a solution and suggestions for further improvements, making sure you help each team achieve their departmental Big Rocks.
- Collaborate with Support, our Product and R&D teams to provide feedback on existing features, testing and providing feedback on new ones as well as maintain both our Production and Test environments to always be stakeholder ready.
- Deliver DAP focused case studies, references, and showcase SAP and WalkMe implementation relationships to show the value of solutions externally.
- Participate in Community-led and Marketing-led webinars to show "How WalkMe does WalkMe on SAP" and support thought leadership on the subject.
- Report on departmental DAP status for circulation to TechOps and ELT.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement to refine our solutions and generate meaningful practices with attention to measurements and detail.
- Maintain/Support existing business solutions and processes through environment changes or process changes.
- Adapt in an ever-changing environment to generate a meaningful impact across multiple business units.
What should you bring to the table?
- Relevant university degree (Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Software Engineering preferred but not essential if you have experience with HTML/CSS etc from other sources).
- Full professional proficiency in English a MUST, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience implementing projects with stakeholders or teams outside of Israel.
- Demonstrated understanding of global organizational structures and cultural nuances in a business context.
- Basic understanding of the fundamentals of Project Management.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a related technical, implementation, or solutions role.
- 1-2 years experience with HTML/CSS Experience a plus or other relevant technical/coding background.
- 1-2 years UX/UI Design or Experience a plus.
- Out-of-the-box thinker that takes initiative, an outspoken self starter with initiative and creative ideas.
- A willingness to go the extra mile, adapt and learn.
- Detail and goal oriented.
- A collaborative individual who flourishes in an upbeat and fast-paced environment.
- Excitement about the Product, the Company, and Digital Adoption as an industry.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or other design software.
- Data Analysis.
- Past experience in dealing with customers or remote stakeholders.
- Experience with large Enterprises as stakeholder or customer.
- German speaker.
