Manages caseload of 500+ cases. Performs investigative work of a sensitive and confidential nature for Child Support program purposes. Interviews and negotiates with program participants. Researches and verifies income, assets, and expense information. Prepares and presents case in Court, including testifying as a witness as appropriate. Processes cases to establish, modify, or enforce child support orders. Resolves account discrepancies. Attains and maintains knowledge of, and compliance with, program policies, procedures, regulations governing the program. Performs all other related duties as assigned.
