Customer Services Officer
As Customer Services Officer you will be responsible for managing inbound sales emails and portals, processing orders into the ERP system, issuing quotes and coordinating transport and delivery of products. You will have a strong focus on acting as the liaison between our customers and internal sales team and ensure seamless services.
This is a full-time position with a competitive remuneration package including base salary and superannuation.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond in a professional and timely manner to sales enquiries
- Utilise an ERP system to enter and acknowledge customer orders
- Prepare quotes, liaise with internal teams on pricing and availability, and resolve customer issues
- Arrange transport, generate shipping documents, track deliveries, and communicate with customers
- Provide general administration support: stock control, production support, purchasing and invoice processing, supplier coordination, and logistics assistance
- Maintain records, produce order/delivery reports, and perform general sales/logistics administration
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales support, ideally in manufacturing or logistics
- Familiarity with freight coordination
- Strong communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with high accuracy in data entry
