With us, you will work at the Piossasco (TO) site, which is a leader in the design and production of brake control devices, where electronics, software, and pneumatics interact closely.

In the role of Warranty Field Engineer, you will be responsible for restoring the functionalities of the products and systems in the field, respecting the contractual requirements.

What will your typical day look like?

• Performing the restoration of the equipment, also by replacing parts/components
• Acting in accordance with specific safety rules and general or specific intervention instructions
• Filling out the intervention report carefully and accurately
• Promptly transmitting the intervention reports
• Where the root cause is not clear, expanding the collection of data and information to allow for a better analysis by Engineering
• In case components are replaced, return or send them to the site

What do we want to know about you?

• Technical secondary education diploma
• +3 years of work experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Technical electromechanical skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to directly interface with the customer
• Availability for frequent national (and occasionally international) travel
