Poli Srl, sito Wabtec di Camisano (CR), è specializzato nella produzione di dischi freno, pinze e freni elettromagnetici a pattino. Lavorerai nel team di Industrializzazione, riportando al Methods Responsible.

Come farai la differenza?

Nel ruolo di Methods Engineer ti occuperai di analizzare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi all'interno di un'azienda, con l'obiettivo di migliorarne efficienza, qualità e sicurezza.

Come sarà la tua giornata tipo?

• Analisi dei metodi e dei tempi ciclo
• Monitoraggio dell'attività degli operatori di produzione, rilevazione metodi di lavorazione, ottimizzazione tempi
• Monitoraggio parametri e condizioni operative per l'ottimizzazione delle lavorazioni
• Analisi distinta base mediante programma informatico GIPROS in AS400
• Compilazione dei cicli di lavorazione nel sistema ERP per i progetti futuri
• Analisi e gestione dei KPI di stabilimento
• Assicurazione degli standard aziendali, delle procedure e degli adempimenti per la qualità e le certificazioni
• Collaborare al miglioramento degli standard di prevenzione e protezione in materia di sicurezza
• Supportare l'ingegnerizzazione nello stilare le procedure standard di produzione
• Collaborare con il Dipartimento Quality nella soluzione dei problemi con approcci strutturati

Cosa vogliamo sapere di te?

• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica
• +2 anni di esperienza in aziende strutturate, che operano in ambiti produttivi manifatturieri
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Conoscenza tecnologie di lavorazione meccanica (lavorabilità materiali, utensileria, parametri di taglio, architettura macchine utensili)
• Conoscenza dei disegni meccanici e delle tolleranze tecnologiche legate ai processi di lavorazione meccanica
• Conoscenza delle norme nazionali e internazionali di certificazione ISO
• Ottima capacità di risoluzione dei problemi
• Buone capacità di analisi dati

Sono graditi:

• Conoscenza delle logiche di Lean Manifacturung (6S, TPM, SMED, Spaghetti chart, Value Stream Map, Standard Work)
• Competenze di progettazione (SolidWorks e Catia)
