Licensed Customer Service Insurance Representative
Gilchrist Insurance Group is growing and looking to fill a CSR position within our agency. We are family owned and operated bringing a local presence for client protection. This fast-paced support role is client focused and includes servicing accounts, billing resolution, customer retention, problem solving, and account rounding.
Job Responsibilities:
The Licensed Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring business retention. You will need to have strong communication skills, to be organized, forward thinking, and have a client-centered approach. The ideal candidate will be coachable, have a team mindset, and be able to pivot sales strategies as needed. Pay is reliant on experience. A Texas P&C license is highly preferred for this position.
