What You'll Do
Design, train, and deploy large-scale ML models in recommendation, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
Build end-to-end pipelines from data preprocessing to model deployment in production.
Optimize systems for low latency, scalability, and high throughput.
Partner closely with product and engineering teams to turn business problems into ML solutions.
Run A/B tests and experiments to validate models and continuously improve them.
Research and implement state-of-the-art ML methods (transformers, GNNs, diffusion models, RL).
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer (experience at companies like ByteDance, TikTok, Meta, Google, or similar is a plus).
Strong programming in Python, C++ or Java with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Hands-on experience with recommendation systems, ads ranking, NLP, or computer vision.
Familiarity with large-scale distributed training and data platforms (Spark, Flink, Ray, Kafka).
Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals (optimization, deep learning, probabilistic models).
Experience deploying ML in production environments with measurable business impact.
