Job Description

VusionGroup positions itself as a leading player in the sale of IoT solutions and software dedicated to the retail sector. Our mission is to transform the customer experience and optimize store operations through advanced technologies. We are looking for a passionate individual dedicated to a new solution that allows for the management and improvement of sales points through data and AI.

Your main objective will be to develop a portfolio of client stores and the revenue of your region.

To do this, you will notably:

  • Collaborate actively with our field sales team to target clients, generate, and close several qualified appointments each week
  • Conduct demonstrations and presentations for clients based on operational use cases to improve store performance and efficiency across all levers (pricing, assortment/merchandising, stockouts…)
  • Provide support and advice during the sales process as well as during the implementation phase
  • Sell the solution and potential related services by piloting your commercial proposals (contract duration, subscription level…)
  • Train clients on the use of the solution so that they can get the most out of it and ensure close and regular follow-up of installed stores
  • Use your network of prospects/clients to develop sponsors/ambassadors who recommend you and generate new opportunities.

Qualifications

Qualifications we're looking for.

  • Proven experience in field sales with stores (large distribution), ideally within the FDV of an industrial company, or within a chain and/or SaaS software experience with the large food distribution sector
  • Appetite for data and technological solutions
  • Good understanding of the issues of the physical retail sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in French and English

Occasional travel in the Nantes/Rennes region is expected.
