Job Description

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join the EMEA Deal Desk team as a Finance Business Partner focused on Sales. As a Deal Desk Manager at Vusion, you will be at the heart of the company's growth initiatives, working closely with sales teams to structure financial performance, challenge profitability, and secure decision-making on strategic opportunities.

You will also play a key role in coordinating between sales teams and all corporate functions during the evaluation, negotiation, and closing of opportunities. Finally, you will develop cross-functional relationships at all levels of the company to effectively support the Deal Desk function.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the EMEA sales organization and becoming a trusted partner on deal structuring and complex transaction negotiation processes.
  • Collecting, consolidating, and maintaining the COGS for all solutions (hardware, software, and services), in liaison with Finance, Supply, Operations, Cloud, Support, and Product teams, to ensure a fine understanding of the product perimeter and pricing policy, and to build a P&L by opportunity.
  • Coordinating the flow of information between different stakeholders (Sales, Professional Services, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Supply Chain, Deal Operations, etc.) to streamline the sales process.
  • Ensuring that deal review and approval processes are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures, while securing transaction margins and profitability.
  • Partnering with other company functions to define pricing policies, processes, procedures, and tools, and actively participating in their implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining strong internal relationships with different teams to facilitate deal processing.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

Qualifications sought:

  • Degree at level Bac+5 in management, cost management, finance, economics, or equivalent field.
  • 4 to 9 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Deal Desk, cost management with strong exposure to Sales, Finance, Sales Operations teams.
  • Fluent English (C1 oral and written) required.
  • Good understanding of SaaS pricing models as well as CAPEX/OPEX.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to interact with C-Level stakeholders (Sales leaders, management).
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and write contractual clauses and commercial terms.
  • Ability to understand and apply basic accounting and revenue recognition principles.
