You will help in driving dynamic HR practices that build effective organizations at a high-growth company. In addition to supporting the business, you will help with improving processes in benefits, compensation, and performance management.
Serve as the primary HR partner to executive and senior leaders across multiple business areas.
Advise on organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and workforce strategy.
Coach and advise all levels of management to build and serve high performing teams.
Lead organizational design work across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions.
Diagnose organizational gaps and implement systems-level solutions that strengthen performance and collaboration.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve employee experience and partner with business to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
Support employees across multiple sites on questions regarding benefits, payroll, leave of absences, compensation, employee relations and career development.
Create frameworks for performance management, talent planning, and succession that support long-term growth.
Eight or more years of experience in an HRBP or similar HR role, with significant exposure to senior or executive leadership groups.
Proven experience supporting manufacturing, industrial technology, or complex operational environments.
Track record of building scalable HR processes that benefit a diverse group of departments.
Demonstrated experience in organizational design, leadership coaching, and solving complex cross-functional personnel bottlenecks.
Strong understanding of high growth phases, ability to partner with talent acquisition in scaling the business appropriately.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and advise managers and employees through difficult issues, including performance issues.
Experience providing HR support to both exempt and non-exempt employee populations.
