As a Lead Solutions Engineer at Weni by VTEX, you will guide clients in achieving initial value from the Weni Platform while leading and executing implementations. You will be responsible for orchestrating deployments, ensuring client onboarding runs smoothly, and personally managing the most strategic or complex projects. Your ultimate goal is to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions, enabling clients to reach their desired outcomes and maximize the impact of the Weni Platform.
Implementation Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of client implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with requirements, and set up for long-term success.
Hands-on Deployments: Execute and directly manage the most relevant or complex client implementations, serving as a technical reference in the team.
Requirements Gathering: Deeply understand client requirements and business processes to configure and customize the Weni Platform to their needs.
Client Activation: Oversee and execute client number activation, catalog configuration, intelligent agent testing, and production monitoring.
Training and Guidance: Provide training sessions and guidance to ensure clients adopt and effectively use the Weni Platform and related products.
Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Experiments: Lead the execution of POCs and experiments to validate hypotheses and support client business development.
Solution Demonstrations: Support solution demonstrations with POCs, evaluations, presentations, and product implementations when necessary.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business, product, and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
You have proven experience leading implementations and technical deployments with multiple stakeholders.
You are fluent in Spanish (a plus).
You have advanced English.
You have a technical and analytical mindset, able to provide simple solutions to complex problems that improve the customer experience.
You understand Retail, Marketplace, and Digital Commerce domains and their impact on the customer journey.
