Job Description
As part of the Tech team (40 people), you'll be in charge of setting up, configuring and monitoring the platform (700 virtual servers), in order to maintain it in operational condition, and improve its performance, reliability and security. You will report to the Devops & IT Manager!
In this context, your missions will be as follows:
- Implement new infrastructure solutions, sharing knowledge and experience with the rest of the team.
- Evaluate and implement server capacity increases to meet business needs.
- Apply system updates, patches and configuration changes.
- Analyze system logs and identify potential problems,
- Keep abreast of new developments and constantly update knowledge, given the rapid evolution of technologies.
- Write documentation and procedures and keep them up to date.
- Participate in on-call duties as part of incident management.
Qualifications
With 2 to 5 years' higher education in IT, systems administration or DevOps engineering, you have at least 5 years' proven experience in a similar position.

- Linux (Debian) - advanced administration
- Classic services: DNS, DHCP, NTP, RDP
- Scripting: Bash (mastery), Python (good basics to confirmed)
- Automation & CI/CD
- Ansible, Puppet or equivalent, Terraform (bonus)
- Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, deployment scripting
- Git: mastery of Git and GitOps workflows
- Supervision & observability
- Tools: Centreon, Prometheus + Grafana or equivalent
- Centralization of logs
- Supervision: Prometheus/Grafana, Centreon
- Log centralization: ELK, Loki, Graylog, or equivalent
- Alerting and performance dashboards
- Databases
- PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB (maintenance, backups, tuning)
- NoSQL databases: Elasticsearch, Cassandra (bonus)
- Web and Network
- Web servers: Nginx, Apache
- Reverse proxy & load balancing: HAProxy, Varnish or equivalent
- Networking: Fortinet, pfSense, Cisco, VLAN, VPN, ACL, routing
- Configuration and diagnostics: IP, VLAN, routing, VPN, NAT, QoS
- SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow supervision
- Security: firewalls, hardening, audits, proxies, SSH bastions
- HTTPS configuration (SSL/TLS), virtual hosts, performance optimizations
- High availability concepts (failover, sticky session...)
