- The Business Operations team supports the CEO in addressing critical business challenges at Vouch
- This hands-on team takes ownership of high-visibility projects that significantly impact the broader business
- Responsibilities include generating internal, competitive, and market analyses to innovate operational models, processes, and performance management systems
- The ideal candidate will design and implement effective frameworks and strategies to tackle key business challenges and execute action plans efficiently
- They will also independently formulate critical questions, analyze extensive datasets, oversee cross-functional projects, and design scalable processes to support the company's expansion.
⚡ Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in fast-paced, analytical, and strategy-focused roles such as strategy consulting, investment banking, investing, and/or in-house strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead and successfully complete strategic analysis assignments that directly influence business strategy
- Strong capabilities in structuring research plans, conducting comprehensive analyses, and developing and executing clear, effective execution plans
- Hustle attitude, desire to work autonomously with direction, and ability to learn on the go
- Proven experience managing and successfully executing cross-functional projects, showcasing robust project management skills and exceptional leadership abilities
