- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with customers, delivering timely responses to client requests and issues
- Manage growing accounts by selling products, advising on risk solutions, and ensuring clients can utilize the Vouch platform effectively
- Analyze existing insurance packages, evaluate risk, and prepare submissions to insurance companies
- Coordinate billing based on client instructions and assist with collections as needed
- Drive additional value by identifying follow-up opportunities for Vouch and engaging in retention efforts

- Experienced Account Manager with a background in Commercial Insurance, particularly with technology companies
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for building trusted relationships with clients
- Proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage growing accounts and identify opportunities for additional value
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and able to maintain composure in complex situations
- Prior exposure to early-stage startups and regulated categories would be beneficial
