- Responsible for ensuring customers have a great experience after purchasing coverage with Vouch
- Guiding existing customers through insurance questions, day-to-day servicing, renewal business, and supporting client needs
- Analyzing existing insurance packages, evaluating risk, and providing timely follow-up to client requests and issues
- Managing growing accounts, advising clients on risk solutions, and selling more products
- Coordinating with internal Brokers and placement specialists, preparing submissions, and collaborating with billing and Policy Administration teams
⚡ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of sales, brokerage, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills essential
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and continuously improve skills
- Competitive drive to outperform peers and improve both hard and soft skills
- Active/Current Property and Casualty License or ability to pass licensing examinations within 30 days of start date
- Ability to drive success through ambiguous and complex situations
- Empathy with intention and ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Background in insurance or other regulated categories is a plus
