Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the new supplier and source new MRO parts/equipment.
- Prepare purchase orders & contracts, analyze & negotiate the quotations and select suppliers under supervision.
- Manage the purchase orders, communicate with suppliers, track the deliveries, update the status to the applicant continuously.
- Verify the invoices and prepare the payment requests for finance department.
- Coordinate with suppliers and applicants for the handling of the purchased parts/projects.
- Other work as arranged by supervisors and Vossloh.
