Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who is fluent in English to support our global Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Service Cloud. This role will work closely with stakeholders in Latin America and other regions, ensuring localized support and driving adoption across language barriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• All duties outlined in Role 1.
• Provide user support and training in both Spanish and English.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders across LATAM to align Salesforce processes with local business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Account Engagement.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience with Flows, Automation, Multiple Currencies, Approval Processes, Reporting, Dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Spanish language fluency a huge plus.
• Experience in multinational or multilingual Salesforce environments.
• Some Apex familiarity, Platform builder, SOQL.
