The job holder is responsible for supporting the sales force in all operations related to sales and after-sales care.
Support to sale products and services - Receive documents after RCC approval, notification of approval results, disbursement conditions - Completing the after sale documents - Transfer customer document to CCA, notify customers of fees to complete disbursement conditions - Support sales force with notarization procedures, secure transaction registration, inventory, asset valuation - Enter the collateral into warehouse - After completing disbursement, notify customers, save and manage customer documents - Serving customers' requests for documents related to assets - Compose documents when finalizing payment - Perform the work of supporting the issuance, activation of cards, accounts, FIBs. Support to update and manage customer documents: - Scan/fill data and perform work related to building and managing customer documents as assigned by line manager. - Update and monitor Customer's status on the basis of: Information provided by sales force; Information from the system; - Support sales force in managing customer portfolio (providing debt reports, customer data...); identify risk factors - Perform after-sales support tasks - Perform support tasks with partners outside Techcombank from time to time. Perform other tasks - at the request of line manager - Make operational reports to support the department's business from time to time. - Report on reward programs. - Perform office administrative support tasks such as asset management, clerical work, timekeeping, stationery, human resources, storage, expenses... according to internal regulations.
