Job Purpose: The Job Holder: Expert in a field of Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Testing specific to a business, solution or technical areas.
Key Accountabilities (1): Deploy the work - Participating in Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Testing activities that require specific knowledge and experience by business, solution or technical area. For example: Core Banking T24; Retail/wholesale banking; Java testing techniques… Implement QA/QC/Test requirements of high complexity, difficulty, technical with limited timeline and high demand for quality. Develop QA/Quality Control/Test documents, update progress, QA/Quality Control/Assignment testing Complete the training and get trained
Key Accountabilities (2): Risk management and compliance - Strictly follow the process and instructions of Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Testing Detect and report compliance risks and violations
Key Relationships: Direct Manager Direct Reports Internal Stakeholders External Stakeholders Application/solution provider partners, IT departments of key customer businesses
Success Profile: Qualifications: University graduate or higher majoring in information technology, computing, telecommunications, finance or banking Foreign language: English/ according to TCB's regulations in each period Work Experience: At least 01 year of experience as a Test team leader (manual, automated, performance) or QA leader. At least 8 years of experience in testing (manual, automated, performance) API, Web, Mobile, big data,... Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, Python. Proficient in using at least one database management system: Oracle, SQL server, Mongo.. Experience in using management tools such as Jira, Mantis. Proficient in testing tools and frameworks: Selenium, Serenity Framework, Apache Jmeter, Load runner, SoapUI, Postman. Experience in organizing, implementing and managing test activities Experienced in working and coordinating with many stakeholders Have skills in planning/management and organizing the implementation of the plan/work arrangement
