- Lead and scope large technical projects that will have a significant impact across all game development teams, focusing on technical excellence and cross-team learning

- Dive into production issues across multiple levels of the stack to establish best practices for tracking and improving game stability, while making effective tradeoffs that consider business priorities and user experience
- Develop and execute on long-term and short-term roadmaps, collaborating with UX experts, designers, and data analysts to power best-in-class voice-controlled products
- Work with a diverse team to deliver outsized impact through smart technical investment, driving technical architecture and decision-making to support the growth and expansion of game development engineering teams
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with over 10 years of industry experience, particularly in developing consumer-facing mobile or web applications at scale
- Strong background in mentoring junior engineers and advocating for technical investments that accelerate product development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a passion for end-user experiences, code quality, design patterns, and architecture
- Proven track record of learning new technologies and adapting to platform requirements, with a focus on driving technical excellence and setting a standard of excellence
- Curious, empathetic, excited to learn, and a creative problem-solver who can lead large technical projects with a team-oriented approach
