Our standard schedule is a minimum of two days per week at the office. Except for Thursday, which is designated as a mandatory in-office day, you will have to choose between Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the second in-office day. What are the tasks of the Salesforce Lead?

- Define client requirements and design the solution design, system design, and Salesforce technical architecture.

- Design a scalable architecture adapted to high-volume transactions and Large Data Volumes (LDV).

- Perform data modeling and security model design, including role hierarchy optimization and sharing model architecture.

- Develop in Apex (advanced / bulkified / optimized) and ensure performance tuning (SOQL optimization, Governor Limits management).

- Implement a robust trigger framework and manage asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods, Platform Events).

- Define the integration architecture (REST / SOAP) following enterprise integration patterns and an API-first and event-driven architecture approach.

- Oversee complex data migrations, multi-org strategy, and high-volume environments.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentoring, ensure best practices implementation, and maintain technical governance.

- Lead DevOps / CI/CD, define the deployment strategy, manage releases, and ensure technical ownership as well as cross-functional collaboration.

What is the profile of our ideal candidate?

- 7+ years of Salesforce experience (Lead / Architect).

- Fluent communication skills in English (frequent interactions with English-speaking teams); French proficiency is an asset.

- Advanced expertise in Apex, SOQL optimization, and Governor Limits management.

- Proven experience in scalable architecture, Large Data Volumes (LDV), high-volume transactions, and performance tuning.

- Strong mastery of data modeling, security model design, and REST / SOAP integration architecture.

- Experience with multi-org strategy, complex data migrations, and technical governance.

- Strong technical leadership, with a focus on best practices and architectural excellence.
