About the role
As the Administration Support Officer, you are integral to the success of V/Line's Operations Group.
You'll be a key part of the South West Region's leadership team, supporting day-to-day operations through a wide range of admin tasks including raising purchase orders, managing calendars, preparing documents, coordinating workshops and meetings, and handling ad-hoc requests. It's an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of V/Line's fastest-growing region while making a real impact behind the scenes.

You are a confident and reliable professional with proven experience in administrative support roles, with strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
