Growth Marketing Lead (Acquisition & Conversion)

VizX Corporation is a fast-growing, US-based company operating across healthcare staffing, home care, direct hire recruiting, and global BPO. We are building a centralized Marketing Center of Excellence to power growth across our portfolio and strengthen how we attract, convert, and scale demand across multiple brands.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead (Acquisition & Conversion) to help build and optimize this engine. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded growth marketer who can combine strategy, execution, and leadership in a fast-moving, globally aligned environment.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional digital marketing role. It is a growth-driving role at the center of our acquisition and conversion engine.

The Growth Marketing Lead will own traffic generation, lead acquisition, funnel performance, campaign execution, and conversion optimization across multiple brands and audiences. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute hands-on, and work effectively with international stakeholders in a remote, performance-driven business.

The ideal candidate has experience working with US and/or Europe-based clients or organizations, has collaborated closely with international leadership, has led a team, and brings strong expertise in growth marketing, paid media, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Manage channel mix, audience targeting, budget allocation, and testing to drive qualified traffic and leads
  • Support demand generation efforts across multiple brands, service lines, and audience segments
  • Continuously test creative, messaging, audiences, and offers to improve campaign performance
  • Own landing page performance, lead capture flow, and conversion optimization across campaign entry points
  • Identify drop-off points and friction areas across the funnel and implement improvements
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and relevant stakeholders to ensure clean tracking, lead routing, and attribution
  • Improve the full path from click to lead through structured testing and optimization
  • Translate campaign strategy into strong execution across ads, landing pages, CRM workflows, and reporting
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time, are fully connected, and meet a high quality standard
  • Coordinate with design, content, operations, and other teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Build repeatable workflows and improve execution efficiency across the growth function
  • Monitor campaign and funnel performance regularly and optimize in real time
  • Report on key metrics including CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and pipeline contribution
  • Turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement through testing, iteration, and performance accountability
  • Lead and support a small execution team, including junior marketers or campaign support resources
  • Set clear priorities, workflows, and performance expectations
  • Develop SOPs, playbooks, and scalable campaign processes
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve output and reduce manual effort

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital acquisition, demand generation, or a similar role
  • Proven success driving measurable lead generation and conversion results
  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid media across major digital channels
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, landing page strategy, and full-funnel campaign performance
  • Experience working with US and/or Europe-based clients, companies, or leadership teams
  • Experience reporting to or collaborating closely with US and/or Europe-based leadership
  • Ability to balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multi-brand or portfolio business environment
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C growth funnels
  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, healthcare services, outsourcing, SaaS, or other lead-generation-driven sectors
  • Familiarity with CRM workflows, attribution, lifecycle stages, and marketing automation
  • Experience building or improving systems in a high-growth environment
  • Strong interest in AI-enabled marketing and workflow automation

Tools / Systems Exposure

Experience with several of the following is strongly preferred:

  • HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Landing page and conversion tools
  • Analytics and campaign reporting platforms
  • Workflow automation tools
  • AI tools that support campaign execution, testing, and optimization

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns launch quickly, smoothly, and at a high standard
  • Traffic converts into qualified leads at improving rates
  • Cost per lead and conversion efficiency improve over time
  • Funnel issues are identified and resolved proactively
  • Campaigns are fully connected from acquisition through CRM handoff and reporting
  • The acquisition engine becomes more predictable, scalable, and commercially valuable
