Sales Executive Jr

Location: Remote - Brazil

Function: Sales

Job Responsibilities

Conduct visits to clients in designated regions, focusing on the sale of products and services;
Meet established goals, taking actions to meet and exceed them;
Develop sales strategies in accordance with the Company's Commercial Policy and the profile of each client;
Improve the process of individualizing customer service, verifying all their needs;
Solve customer problems, whether due to improper use of the product, or incorrect product use;
Verify the possibility of technical assistance from the LEB team;
Make all notes, maintaining a file for each client;
Organize a plan for more frequent follow-up visits, whenever this need is assessed;
Pay close attention to the general market trend, reporting in a clear, objective manner and in accordance with internal regulations;
Evaluate prices, products, and conditions offered by the competition.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

High School Diploma or Pursuing a Degree in Administration, Engineering in related fields.

Additional Education

Desirable Basic English and Spanish
Office Suite
Knowledge about welding equipment and consumables
Knowledge in Welding

Experience

Minimum of 2 years as a Salesperson or Technical Consultant;
