Field Service Representative

Major Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site technical support, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs for key accounts, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Partner with sales, technical specialists, product managers, and customer service teams to provide seamless support for high-volume target accounts.
- Proactively spot and resolve potential technical issues to prevent escalations and minimize downtime.
- Build strong relationships with customer maintenance teams to uncover needs and tailor solutions.
- Co-develop preventative maintenance programs and schedules for advanced equipment, optimizing performance and extending equipment life.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, product management, and service teams to tackle complex site challenges.
- Support commercial teams in commissioning and installing advanced solutions, including scheduling follow-up site visits.
- Manage complex repairs through the internal service department for efficient, high-quality outcomes.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM.
- Design and conduct technical training sessions for customers on product use, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Share actionable feedback with product management on performance trends and improvement ideas.
- Attend sales meetings and seminars to align on customer needs and deliver customized service strategies.
- Champion Lincoln Electric's Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, promoting environmental protection, resource conservation, and employee well-being.
- Handle additional projects and duties as assigned by the Ontario Regional Manager.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical support, field service, or commercial roles focused on large-volume accounts.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise in technical environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster customer rapport.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management for independent fieldwork.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Willingness to travel throughout Ontario as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or equivalent experience preferred.
