Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying and acquiring new customers in the SMB segment in the healthcare target segment to drive revenue growth
- Responsibility for the entire sales process in the SMB segment, including inbound lead qualification and processing
- Conducting outbound activities to identify and acquire new customers in the SMB healthcare sector, especially in the medical environment
- Conducting consulting meetings and presentations to convince potential customers of our products
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve your sales targets
- Maintaining long-term customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction through close collaboration with the entire sales and marketing team to develop successful sales strategies and processes
Qualification
Your qualifications include:
- Your completed commercial education or a comparable degree forms the basis for your success
- With 1–2 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the SMB sector, you have already achieved successes in independent new customer acquisition, especially through outbound activities
- You have already sold a software solution to medical practices or other customers in the healthcare sector
- Convincing communication, negotiation, and closing skills are part of your profile, as well as an analytical mindset and a strong problem-solving ability
- You are familiar with the routine use of CRM systems and use data-based approaches to effectively manage priorities in a dynamic environment
- A high level of self-motivation and goal orientation characterizes you. You score with flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work closely with internal teams in a varied work environment
