We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager professional to join our Demand Sales team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of DSP (Demand-Side Platform) revenue within the dynamic Nordic region. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering partnerships across media agencies and brands, making a significant impact on the digital advertising landscape.
You will be in contact with the client on a daily basis to support the smooth running of their advertising campaigns
Onboard new clients with a platform run-through based on what they need from the platform and how it can benefit them
Consult clients on strategic plans, recommend new technology & features, and give out best practices
Client Health Checks: you check on your client’s engagements regularly. You make sure they get the full maximum out of the platform to achieve their goals
You communicate with internal teams (creative design, development) and external partners (media owners, data & tech providers) to bring our platform and the clients using it to the next level
Identify and build strong relationships with clients and the industry network: media owners, data partners, and other ancillary relationships
Being the advocate of our platform and product
A degree in business, marketing or a similar field
You have at least 1 year of experience in a client facing role
You have a service-oriented attitude: the ability to build effective relationships with all sorts of partners
You are technology-first: keen to know the ins and outs of the digital media industry
You are proactive and you enjoy supporting the organization to deal with change and ambiguity in a healthy way
You are able to manage and prioritize tasks and projects
Fluency in English and Swedish or Danish or Norwegian
Understanding of digital advertising technology; programmatic, mobile, data, and attribution
Based in Stockholm and able to work from the office 3 days a week (hybrid)
Intrinsic drive, an unwavering commitment to achieving success, and the ability to nurture a small business division within a global support structure
Independent and self-reliant, capable of spearheading the creation of new business opportunities and sales initiatives
Composed in high-stress situations and adept at communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Confident in delivering presentations on technical, product, and business solutions
