✨ About The Role
- Serve as a functional expert for the enterprise planning tool (Pigment), owning its development, enhancement, maintenance, and administration
- Manage the systems roadmap, lead its execution, and partner with Strategic Finance and Data Science teams to build and migrate financial forecasts and reporting in Pigment
- Design and build a best-in-class systems architecture, optimize data flow, drive business transformations, and integrations
- Create dashboards and data visualizations highlighting KPIs and business drivers, promoting a positive user experience
- Champion tool adoption and change management through the development of trainings, documentation, and enablement resources
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in systems/technology consulting, finance systems, or related fields with at least 5+ years of relevant experience
- Skilled in architecting and implementing financial systems, with a willingness to delve into details and drive improvements
- Proficient in financial concepts, forecasting processes, and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and data flows by partnering across teams
- Comfortable with ambiguity, highly analytical, strategic, and a great communicator
