✨ About The Role
- Serve as a functional expert for the enterprise planning tool (Pigment), owning its development, enhancement, maintenance, and administration
- Manage the systems roadmap, lead its execution, and partner with Strategic Finance and Data Science teams to build and migrate financial forecasts and reporting in Pigment
- Design and build a best-in-class systems architecture, data flow optimizations, business transformations, and integrations
- Create dashboards and data visualizations to highlight KPIs and business drivers, promoting a positive user experience
- Champion tool adoption and change management through the development of trainings, documentation, and enablement resources
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with 5+ years in systems/technology consulting, finance systems, or related fields, preferably at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Strong analytical and strategic skills with a demonstrated ability to drive improvements and adoption of financial systems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to partner across teams to optimize processes and data flows
- Familiarity with financial concepts, forecasting processes, and KPIs
- SQL experience is a plus
