✨ About The Role
- Responsible for owning the production & improvement of the weekly top line forecasting dashboard
- Develop cross-functional partnerships between Product and GTM functions to formulate business insight for new products and drive GTM strategy for future products
- Ideate & execute on strategic initiatives across the Self-Serve & Sales GTM motions
- Play a critical role in building the annual & quarterly financial forecasts for New Products at Figma
- Prepare and deliver presentations to the Executive Team
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with 5+ years in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or related fields, able to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans
- Skilled in financial planning, creating data-driven analysis, and building processes from scratch
- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to organize workload, prioritize tasks, and complete them on time
- Proven track record of building relationships and effectively communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
- Previous experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company and partnering with Product & GTM teams is a plus
