- Build, document, and maintain tests, features, and infrastructure for an internal platform at Figma
- Collaborate with Product Support, TPMs, and other engineers to plan features that improve internal processes
- Provide guidance on how other engineering teams can build internal experiences
- Run experiments, track internal user behavior, and engage internal users to enhance workflows and processes
- Work closely with internal customers to develop solutions that meet their needs and Figma's requirements
