- Building new features in a real-time, multiplayer system with a complex data model to enable collaboration across files

- Extending and scaling the Editor and full stack system behind design system features to enable teams to build best-in-class design systems
- Contributing to mapping out an accessibility strategy, including improvements to the Figma UI and tools for generating accessible content

âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with a minimum of 6 years in building and shipping user-facing features and products, ideally with 2 years in a technical lead capacity
- Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Typescript/Javascript, React, C++, Python, Java, Objective-C, Go, or Rust
- Ability to understand user experiences and translate them into high-quality technical solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
