✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing and optimizing various paid marketing channels, including SEM, YouTube, and Programmatic Display
- Drive tactics across multiple channels towards an optimal media mix and manage audiences, creatives, budget, and bidding strategies
- Design and run ad experiments, set and track key performance indicators, and regularly report on campaign performance
- Collaborate across marketing, web, and product teams to plan and run ad, landing page, and conversion experiments
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, finance, data science, international marketing, and brand to achieve global self-serve acquisition goals

- Experienced performance marketer with a track record of managing successful campaigns across multiple channels and regions
- Proficient in Google Adwords, YouTube Ads, and social ad platforms with familiarity in programmatic DSPs
- Strong analytical background and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the ad tech space
- Ability to drive tactics, manage audiences, creatives, budget, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency
