✨ About The Role
- Manage and support a team of product engineers focused on building and expanding Figma’s design to production product experiences
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate work across product, design, engineering, and other functions
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to ensure a cohesive product experience and the right technical abstractions
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineers while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and risk-taking

- Experienced software engineering manager with a track record of managing teams working on products used by external users
- Strong leadership skills in building and growing high-performing engineering teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and risk-taking
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional partners from product, design, research, and data to shape product development and market strategy
- Proven experience in building best-in-class products with a focus on user experience and business impact
- Ideal candidate will have experience in managing or leading a team focused on design systems
