- Lead and grow a diverse team of engineers to design and build scalable services to power Figma's infrastructure
- Develop and execute a long-term roadmap to evolve and scale Livegraph technology, supporting the growth of Figma's design and collaboration products
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities, and mission for teams and projects
- Drive execution on scale, reliability, developer experience, and feature set projects for Livegraph services
- Contribute to technical innovation in the software engineering community through talks, open source contributions, and external evangelism

- Experienced engineering leader with a track record of managing and leading high-output engineering teams to build and scale distributed systems
- Skilled in evolving infrastructure that serves production traffic to a large number of users, ensuring reliability and scalability
- Strong leadership abilities in motivating and guiding senior engineers, fostering a positive work environment, and establishing trust within and across teams
- Passion for technical innovation and a history of solving complex engineering problems with novel solutions
- Comfortable with evangelizing innovative infrastructure and developer tools, contributing to the software engineering community through talks, open source contributions, and blog posts
