- Manage, support, and grow a diverse team of engineers designing and building scalable services for Figma's infrastructure
- Define the charter for key pieces of Figma's Server Platform organization, specifically around Deploy systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities, and mission for teams and projects
- Establish accountability and a positive work environment to foster trust and collaboration within and across teams
- Contribute to Figma's commitment to building an inclusive and diverse team and culture through hiring and community initiatives

- Experienced leader with a track record of managing and leading high output engineering teams, ideally in a public cloud environment
- Proficient in building and scaling distributed systems and core software infrastructure technologies
- Skilled in motivating, mentoring, and guiding senior engineers to drive maximum business impact
- Strong communicator who can establish trust within and across teams to create a positive work environment
