- You should have at least 8 years of frontend engineering experience, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
- You must have a minimum of 2 years in an engineering management role, showcasing your ability to lead and mentor teams.
- Your experience should include extensive work with Typescript and React, as these are critical to the job.
- You should have a history of building complex web applications using modern frameworks, indicating your technical proficiency.
- You are expected to have demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of building high-performing and highly engaged engineering teams.
- You should be someone who is comfortable with rolling up your sleeves to get involved in the technical details of creating a world-class frontend codebase.
