- Lead and support a team of backend-focused engineers responsible for developing Figma's identity & access management systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to develop the teamβs vision, strategic goals, and roadmap
- Support engineering projects to enable Enterprise customers to manage access to Figma at massive scale
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineers to contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and calculated risk-taking
- Opportunity to work on interesting backend systems with large business impact within a growing team in the Enterprise area of Figma
β‘ Requirements
- Experienced software engineering manager with a track record of leading backend-focused engineering teams in developing complex systems
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in building backend systems and representing technical details of work shipped by the team
- Demonstrated leadership skills in motivating, mentoring, and growing senior engineers to build high-performing teams
- Domain expertise in Identity & Access Management, with previous experience in B2B SaaS and working with enterprise customers
- Excited about learning and developing skills, with a growth mindset and a willingness to take on new challenges
