- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and operational projects with a focus on long-term value creation
- Partner with key stakeholders across product, marketing, people, sales, and customer experience to implement operational improvements or perform analysis for strategic decision-making
- Execute recommendations until the desired outcome is achieved
- Tackle a variety of unstructured problems, dissect them, synthesize actionable insights, and partner in the execution and implementation of solutions
- Gain substantial senior leadership exposure, focus on high-priority business issues, and be involved in every facet of the business

- Experienced professional with 5-8 years in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, corporate planning, business finance, analytics, or related fields
- Skilled in distilling complex issues into structured frameworks and developing concrete action plans
- Strong analytical expertise and experience building integrated models from scratch
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders across all levels and functions
- Comfortable with ambiguity, highly analytical and strategic, and a great communicator
