- Build a strong sales pipeline while exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within accounts
- Work with a team dedicated to promoting Figma to existing and new customers
- Help build the foundation and processes for all customer-facing teams at Figma

- Skilled in value selling and discovery techniques to drive meaningful relationships and revenue growth
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a challenging setting
- Excited about learning technical products and effectively communicating their value to potential customers
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication
