Position Purpose/Summary: Tasked with a variety of outstanding record operations scanning/indexing projects. In addition, assist with the destruction of outdated record archives.
Title of position: Summer 2026 (May-Aug) Temporary Records Operations Representative
Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday -Friday 8:00am--5:00pm.
Compensation: $ 17.30 per hour.
Location: Corporate Headquarters: 3301 Country Club Road, Endwell, NY

Responsibilities/duties:
- Scanning and indexing projects.
- Assist with the destruction of outdated record archives.
Education & Experience: We pride ourselves in our advocacy for education, growth, and opportunity for experience at Visions Federal Credit Union. This position would minimally requires a High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of Internal Operations, records retention and storage processes.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Due to the nature of this role dealing with a diverse set of members and/or employees, the position requires (and is not limited to): • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). • Efficient time management and organizational skills. • Flexibility (able to adapt to changing environment). • Positively communicate with diverse populations while providing excellent customer service. • Strong computer and math skills, adherence to confidentiality, detailed oriented. • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
