We are seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to join our People Technology team. This role blends strong Workday integration and functional configuration expertise with deep business acumen to support and enhance our HR technology landscape. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end Workday solutions, supporting global HR operations, and ensuring operational excellence in system integration, configuration, and compliance.

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field. -6+ years of Workday experience, including integration and functional support. -Proficiency in EIB, Studio, PECI/PICOF, and reporting tools. -Strong knowledge of IT operations, GRC, and SDLC processes. -Experience with CMDB tools and ITIL practices. -Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications
-Workday certification(s) in Integration, HCM, or Reporting. -Experience in a global, enterprise HRIS or IT environment. -Familiarity with GDPR and risk management frameworks. -Exposure to tools such as ServiceNow, Qualys, and data privacy platforms.
