Job Summary:
The Manager, Technology Sourcing Shared Services will support the Head of Sourcing in leading and managing the shared services sourcing team in Bogota. This role focuses on operational excellence in technology procurement and sourcing, ensuring the efficient and effective procurement of technology goods and services. The position requires strong leadership, a background in supplier management, and the ability to work across various departments and regions. The ideal candidate will prioritize the growth and well-being of their team members, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.

Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management. • Ability to articulate software licensing and hardware procurement strategies. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment. • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications: • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. • Professional certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP). • Experience working in a shared services environment.
