The mission of the Risk Solution Services (RSS) division is to provide expert managed services that secure and optimize the payments lifecycle by proactively increasing acceptance and preventing fraud. We leverage Visa's global expertise with AI, machine learning and proven best practices to help clients stay ahead of emerging threats and enable secure, seamless payments.

The Consultant, Risk Solution Services helps Visa clients manage fraud by analyzing data for emerging trends, developing strategies to mitigate risk, and collaborating with clients to implement these strategies using Visa and industry tools. The Consultant maximizes client engagement through automation, GenAI, and machine learning, while effectively communicating portfolio updates and industry insights in a way that drive client success.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications: 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD Experience implementing automation, GenAI, and/or machine learning solutions in a payment or fraud context Advanced skills in data analytics and visualization platforms Demonstrated ability to educate others on payment systems and fraud trends, and adapt strategies based on industry knowledge Proven success in building and maintaining strategic client relationships in a consulting environment Demonstrated expertise in: The payment industry, particularly fraud management Collaborating on enterprise-wide products, projects, or programs Deriving actionable insights from complex data analysis and reporting Delivering professional services and solutions, including automation, GenAI or machine learning Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office) and data visualization/presentation tools Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $131,600 to $210,300 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
