We are seeking a Brand Core Marketing Manager with strong regional experience and a proven background in developing marketing strategies for Affluent and high-value consumer segments. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing Visa's Affluent segment strategy across Central America and the Caribbean, ensuring premium brand positioning, sophisticated storytelling, and high-impact integrated campaigns.
The role requires close collaboration with the social media & Digital Engagement led to ensure consistent, elevated messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:

5–8+ years of experience in brand marketing, 360 marketing, or segment marketing roles within multinational companies. Demonstrated experience working with luxury brands, premium products, financial services, or Affluent/high net worth consumer segments. Strong understanding of Affluent consumer behavior, motivations, media consumption, and decision drivers. Ability to develop elevated brand positioning, premium storytelling, and differentiated consumer experiences. Solid expertise across ATL, digital, paid media, content marketing, and performance measurement. Preferably, experience managing regional or multi market initiatives. Advanced English required. Professional Capabilities: Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong consumer-centric mindset. Sensitivity to brand tone, aesthetics, and luxury communication standards. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead through influence in matrixed, regional environments. Innovation, attention to detail, and high execution standards.
