 
                                                
                                            The Senior Deal Strategy Specialist plays a key role in managing complex order creation deal structuring and contract execution for Google's services. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across the deal lifecycle from opportunity validation to order form finalization and renewal. The specialist also acts as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for peers ensuring smooth collaboration between Field Sales Representatives, SMEs, QA, and Deal Desk teams.
Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance preferred. 3-5 years of experience in deal desk renewals, order management, or contract operations. Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and order fulfillment systems. Proven ability to handle complex deal structures and multistakeholder coordination. Proficiency in Google Workspace, SAP, Salesforce, or Q platforms. Excellent analytical skills, compliance orientation, and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Willingness to work in rotational 18x7 shifts.
