Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideAPI's, and ServiceNow APIs. Experience with ServiceNow Integrations with third-party systems. Basic knowledge in Service Portal concepts. Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices. 5 to 7 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
