Job Purpose: Implement SNOW CSM applications development & integration plans and processes to provide development, testing, debugging, maintenance and documentation of the SNOW CSM applications in line with business strategy and objectives, and Group guidelines and policies. Responsible for GoLive Readiness and communication to the respective stakeholders. Accountable for collecting the master data from Business to upload in the Product. To maintain and respond on time to the Business regarding any ticket, issues and escalation.
