Senior Software Engineer
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow UI Builder development. Technical skills include proficiency in ServiceNow UI Builder, including creating custom components, page variants, data resources, data bindings, client state parameters, and events. Strong expertise in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including frameworks such as React or AngularJS). Proficient in GlideScript, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI Actions to support UI Builder integrations and workflows. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating UI components with external data sources. Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, with a focus on error handling and performance optimization in UI Builder. Hands-on experience working with the CSM module.
